Beautiful property within the city walls

Located in one of Dubrovnik Old Town's buildings, just a few feet away from famous city walls and fort Minčeta our apartment gives you the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of the old town. Although it is located in the center it is tucked away in a quiet side street to ensure a restful stay so it is the perfect choice for guests who appreciate quite nights.
The City Wall Rooftop Court, one of the most photographed courts in the world is located 20 m away. This “must hoop” court off the Adriatic Sea has become one of the leading and most sought-after tourist destinations. Famous Stradun Promenade is 100 m away down through Dubrovnik's charming street. Most of Dubrovnik's main attractions, cable car, bars and restaurants, night club, beach, markets are short walking distance from apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a porch where you can enjoy the view of the city's terracotta roofs with a glass of wine. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

At the end of our long driving tour through Croatia, we stayed at this gem inside the walls of Old Town. The apartment had everything we needed! It was located just inside a gate that made it easy to get to on the cobblestone walkways and relatively few steps (a serious factor in town!). We enjoyed sitting in the patio chairs and toasting people who had made the climb up from the busier part of town. Ana was prompt and clear with check in and out information. A lovely way for us to wrap our tour of Croatia!

Ana was so extremely helpful when we realized the apartment was inside the walls and we couldn’t park there. Wish the listing was more clear about parking situation for people who have never been to Dubrovnik before. But Ana helped us so much last minute and was understanding. Very grateful for her and her father as well.

The apartment is in a beautiful location in the old city and a great place to stay overall during our time in Dubrovnik! The apartment was clean and cozy and was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay (including beach towels and kitchen supplies to cook). Ana (the host) was so kind and accommodating (she even let us check in a couple hrs early)! Overall would highly recommend for your stay!

A perfect and surprisingly quiet spot at the top corner of the old town. Ana is lovely and really helpful and the place is compact but spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable, ideal for short visits. The lovely public (but deserted!) mini-park opposite is a heavenly place to watch the sun set over the old city, almost like having your own private terrace. Just a fantastic place to stay - book it now!

My friend and I had an enjoyable stay in the ground level apartment. The stairs were difficult with our heavy suitcases but we managed! The apartment was well stocked with the essentials, including laundry pods for the washer. The shower is tiny and not well-suited for plus sized guests, fyi. Restaurants and shops within a short distance (with many stairs). Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Lovely, clean property conveniently located in Old Town. If you have knee or hip mobility issues realize that there are many steep stairs to climb to access the site I counted 104 steps

Very nice property just off the beaten path but within the old town of Dubrovnik. So great! Wish there was a full size coffee pot rather than just a single pod type machine. A toaster would have been nice as well. We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights.

Perfect

Absolutely perfect place to have as a base to explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is in a stunning position on the hill by the old walls and you can walk to anywhere you would want to go within ten minutes. Ana, the host couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and organised our transfer from the airport. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a family of four with two older teenagers. I would stay here again if I am ever back in this beautiful, unique city.

Ana was lovely, meeting us at the city gate for our walk to the apartment. All was as advertised. We especially appreciated how clean the place was & having a washing machine. The walk wasn’t easy, but that’s the case everywhere within the walls.

Magical

This lovely, clean, and well-appointed home, is located near the highest point in the old city but near the Buza gate which eliminates much climbing upon arrival. Its location is in a quieter part of the city but is not far from the action on the stradun below. We could not have been happier and had everything we needed. Ana was a gracious and responsive host. We highly recommend being a guest in her charming home.

Wonderful time!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment: the old town walls, good restaurants, shops, and the island shuttle. Possibly a negative for some: be aware that there are a lot of stairs throughout old town.

I would like to say that this trip was one of my best traveling experiences! The hospitality of the hostess was superb. When we first arrived we were with none of our luggages which was a hassle and stress for us. We had told our driver ( arranged my Anna ) and he took us to a nearby clothing store and get some temporary clothes. When arrived at the apartment, Anna was there and gave us a tour of the apartment and even suggested some nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. Later that night we went out for dinner at the restaurant she suggested and it was great! We told Anna our predicament and she was in no doubt to help us. She talked to the workers at the airport and sorted everything out for us. She made sure our luggages were dropped off. Our third luggage was stuck in Munich so it arrived late, and to our surprise Anna picked it up herself and dropped it off to us. It was just a surprise because no hostess has ever shown such care and generosity. But as far as hospitality it felt like home. She gave us complementary wine, cereal, local beer, juice, etc, that was really nice.On our final night in Dubrovnik, we went to dinner with Anna. It was so nice to converse and get to know more about her and what she does. She made us tried the traditional Croatia drink and we like it and wanted to buy it. Unfortunately, they didn’t sell it at the restaurant, so she drove us to this place that it was sold at. I definitely recommend Anna without a doubt! She’s the best!

Absolutely perfect location, accommodation, super helpful host and so many extra special touches

From start to finish this has been a dream stay. Ana has gone out of her way to help and we couldn't have asked for more. The communication throughout was made so easy by WhatsApp messages that Ana always replied to promptly. When we arrived, hot and bothered, Ana met us at the Old Town gate, helped us with our luggage to our apartment, where ice cold water was waiting for us, and briefly talked us through some ideas of things to do during our stay. She marked off useful things on a map for us and encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment itself was spotless, with welcome drinks chilling in the fridge for us, and snacks and breakfast items also provided. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Old Town with restaurants just minutes away - but tucked away enough that it's not noisy at night. The recommendations Ana gave us for restaurants were spot on, as were the suggestions for activities during our stay. We couldn't recommend enough, I'll certainly be encouraging family and friends to stay here. The personal touches and thoughtfulness of the host made this an extra special holiday for us. Thank you Ana!

Wonderful stay

Our stay at Dubrovnik was short but truly a wonderful experience. Our host Ana was great and very informative. The property was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Location was quiet and close to pretty much everything. The only downside of the location is, some steps going to/from the house are too steep for my 75 year old mother to climb. For the rest of us this was ok and we all had a great time.
