Villa Dubrovnik Palace consists of four floors: the ground floor and three upper floors, and it is suitable accommodation for 12 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Palace, you will find a separate large garage with 3 private parking spaces. The villa is situated in a historical center and you need a specail pass for a car to get here. It is necesary to call in advance to get the pass. There is also reception desk, where guests can get all information about the villa or assistance in the organization of different kinds of trips. In this part of the villa, there is a kitchen, and a small studio staff storage space. Here you can also find sauna and gym.
On the first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Palace, you will find a kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to the beautiful terrace. This floor has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub; and a deluxe bedroom, also with a private bathroom which includes a whirlpool bathtub. This floor has direct access to the swimming pool.
On the second floor of the villa, there is a kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the terrace with a sea view. Two deluxe bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and private bathrooms, along with a guest toilet are also situated on this floor of the villa. Outdoor stairs from the terrace also connect this floor to the swimming pool.
The third floor of the villa consists of two junior suites with the same room arrangement - each of them is made up of a kitchen, living room with dining area, double bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, and balcony with a sea view.
Villa Dubrovnik Palace is situated on a large property that has numerous luxury amenities such as a swimming pool (8 x 4 m) in the central part of the property, a luxury jacuzzi located next to the swimming pool, a charming summer gazebo, a traditional tavern with a barbecue and a summer bar, concierge, glass elevator, villa manager, catering services, laundry room, air-condition, WI-FI and 2 parking spaces in a private garage.
