Welcome to our apartment located in the Lapad area (only 10 minutes walk away from Uvala Lapad). Everything is within walking distance of max. 15 minutes: grocery store, cinema, shopping center, green open market, ATM, bank, post office, pharmacy, beaches, restaurants and cafe bars.
It is a two bedroom newly furnished apartment - one bedroom has a large bed (160x200cm) and adjoining room with pull out bed for 2 persons. extra guests can sleep in a double convertible sofa in the living area. Spacious apartment compromise: furnished balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen offers everything you might need to prepare a meal such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
Private bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer, bidet and washing machine.Additionally the apartment has free WiFi and private parking space(reservation in advance needed).

These apartment is located a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)
