The location was perfect! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I only interacted with the cleaning staff and they were very helpful and friendly and hard working! There is no front desk at this property but their system was easy to understand. For the price and location, I would stay here again!

This property will receive a high rank for its location and safety. It was at a very convenient location and almost everything was walkable. However, I noticed termite right at the entrance of the door. It was visible. The room smelled like mold. I really hope staying here for 3 nights does not effect my health due to this smell. The bathroom was extremely small and there was not enough room in the shower. I think the price was definitely not worth the room. I will not return to this property.

I had an excellent stay and i wish i could have stayed longer. If you want an authentic Dubrovnik experience, I highly recommend. The owner Nick and Jacob (mispelled) were true gentlemen and were extremely helpful in navigating Old City Dubrovnik!

Very central, excellent instructions given for finding the property. The street is very central, but also very quiet. Aircon was excellent, along with the fridge. Shower was powerful and got hot quickly. We needed to leave our bags after a 10am check out and they gave us another key for the front door so we could go back later to collect our bags. We were in room 6 light and airy with a comfy bed. Would recommend.

Poor customer service nobody available to welcome us. A bottle of wine was promised when I did the booking but none was provided when we checked in. They informed us on a piece of paper that if you want the apartment cleaned then hang the green marker on your door without providing it !! So a lot of time was wasted trying to sort it out. In order to contact the staff they gave a WhatsApp number but nobody answers it when you call them. They reply to your message at their convenience. They provided us with a broken electric iron and when I asked them for a replacement,the reply from Ana was that they don’t provide it and I can go to a laundry shop for ironing!!!They only provide coffee tea on day one!! The cleaner was also very rude to me.Keeping into consideration the amount they charge for the accommodation and the services they provide, it does not go together.Its up to you if you want to book this place but certainly I won’t be doing it again.

What a wonderfully appointed apartment in such an old building within the City Walls. Delighted with everything and the location was perfect with any number of bars, restaurants, harbour excursions and attractions on our doorstep. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik

This is in the middle of the old town of Dubrovnik, a hard-to-beat location. The owner even left a bottle of wine for the guest to enjoy. Highly recommended!

A Croatian Gem

Ana was amazing at helping us arrange a taxi to get us from the airport to the hotel. Everything was ready when we arrived, our room was on the first floor. Good size bedroom along with a dining table and small kitchen area. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower. Very clean and tidy. Bed was quite possibly the most comfortable ive slept on. You get two single covers which was actually pretty handy. Air con worked really well at keeping the room cool. Kitchen had a kettle, along with some plates and cups etc. There was fruit teas and coffee by the kettle. To healthy for me but there is a minimarket 2 minute walk away within the nearby square. Beautiful little place in a fantastic location. Stones throw from bars, restaurants and all the sightseeing options. Absolutely loved it here.

Located within the walls of the Palace, it could not have been more convenient, but also easy to find from the ferry port (walking distance). We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch as well. HIGHLY recommended.

Great place to stay in Old Tiwn

Great location, very friendly and the room was spacious, clean and generally quiet. Very close to the market. Inside the old town so everything was very easy to access. Family run… great people!
