Set quietly by the sea and offering beautiful sea views, this apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with balconies. The pebbly Bellevue Beach is only 200 metres away.
Apartment is set in a traditional Dalmatian stone villa, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. All of the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and a TV. They are classically decorated with wooden furnishings and feature hardwood floors or marble/tiled floors.
The closest grocery store is only 100 metres away. Lero Bus Stop with links to Dubrovnik Port, which is 1.5 km away, and to the Old Town is 100 metres away.
Minceta Fortress can be easily reached within 12-minute walk. Free public parking is available at a location which is 100 metres away.

In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung haben sie uns mit Saft und Weintrauben versorgt. Bei Parkplatzproblemen waren sie sofort zur Stelle und haben uns geholfen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Auf der schönen Terasse haben wir sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch toll gewesen. Den schönen Strand Bellevue, gleich neben dem gleichnamigen Hotel, haben wir erst beim zweiten Mal gefunden. Man muss tatsächlich um die Absperrung klettern ;-). Man braucht nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Essen waren wir bei Vita Bella und Jacks Foot & Beer und einkaufen im Konzum. Mit Hilfe von Maps haben wir das alles gut gefunden und konnten es bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Abends lohnt sich dann der Spaziergang zur Altstadt. Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub!
