This is a studio apartment with double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen, bathroom and a terrace on the ground floor. There is an air conditioning in the apartment. In the kitchen there is electric stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. There is no oven and washing machine. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, beach towels are not provided. Private parking is in front of the apartment.
Waterfront with sunbeds is just accross the street 30 m and it is shared among other guests staying in the house.
Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, this Small and friendly traditional home sits in the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

There are several restaurants and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have sup boards and boat for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

Swimming is only 30 meters from the apartment and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik. You just have to cross the road and hop in.
