Sheets on the bed were dirty. Had to request clean sheets which they brought. The sink was clogged so wouldn’t drain. No Kleenex provided. It is located next to a good restaurant which was nice. Also place smelled like smoke even though it is smoke free. Mattresses very warm out.

I like this motel a lot and stay here every year. It is a great motel for the price and is close to a lot of fun businesses in Duluth's Lincoln Park area.

The room was good. I do not complain about it, but the rest was just not OK as always there was smoke in Mariana smell which I really hate through the air condition and that’s just not gonna work.

Quick and easy. Allowed pets for free which was a huge plus. The room was clean and it was nice and cool in there and not hot or stuffy. Smoking inside and it was still a clean room. Doors to get into building were not locking :/

If you're on a budget

Price was right, room seemed clean but hallways and stair carpeting filthy. Towels threadbare. Liked the fridge with a freezer and microwave. The bed was clean and furniture decent. Needs a couch or something to sit on rather than two hard plastic chairs.
