Enjoy bright, whitewashed interiors, a shared fenced yard, and easy access to downtown Duluth. Perfect for a serene, dog-friendly lakeside retreat.

Experience the charm of this tucked-away tiny home, filled with bright, natural light from its whitewashed wood walls and ceilings. The sound of Lake Superior's waves provides a serene backdrop for your stay.

Living & Sleeping (Sleeps 4):
- Upstairs Bedroom: Cozy queen bed.

Cottage as described. Adequate kitchenette with dorm sized fridge. There was not laundry facilities in the unit at the time of our stay. I had confirmed with VRBO prior to booking that there was laundry and was confirmed that it did. Please note that the bed has to be accessed from the bottom of the mattress as there is no room on either side to approach it. When I looked at the pictures on the site it did reflect this, so that was my error in realizing this. Other than the laundry situation, thought the cottage was clean and as described, and appreciated the dog friendly yard. Management responded very quickly to my query about the lack of laundry and I was very pleased and appreciated their solution! I would recommend the cottage to the agile due to the bed access!

Great little place in a great spot

Perfect walkable location to canal and lakefront as well as beach access right across the road. Right next to Coast Guard station. A bit challenging finding the house on arrival after dark but everything worked out. Adjacent multi room Heirloom property is on main road but parking is shared; assigned spots may be taken by other house but again, we figured something out. Loved the house; customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!

70th Birthday get away

Our stay was wonderful! Super cute cottage, it met all our needs for a short getaway. We were happy to have the queen size bed but it was a little snug getting in
not much room along the sides, I guess we are not 30yrs old anymore so leaping in was not an option for us But (other than that) it was perfect!!!

Nice little house

This property has two homes that are separate structures. The main home is fairly large. The second house that I stayed in is fairly small. But it has everything you need. A nice little bedroom and bathroom upstairs. A small kitchen, and sitting/dining area on the main floor. It’s quite cozy and nice!
