Located at end-of-street next to the public boat ramp .Renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Traditional style home, modernised for comfortable living. Kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge. Smart TV, free WIFI. Walk along the riverside coastal walk to the boat shed for a gourmet coffee or paddle hire. Laurieton town is just across the river, 5 minutes drive to restaurants and groceries. Pilot beach is 7 minutes drive following Dunbogan Boulevard.
BEDDING 5 beds in total: 3 kings, 2 singles (bunk), one of the king beds can be converted into 2x singles BEDS BY ROOM: Master bedroom upstairs: 1 King Second bedroom upstairs: 1 King, can be split into 2x singles. The default make up is as king, let us know if you wish to have the bed split. Third bedroom downstairs: 1x King and 1x Bunk bed (2 singles)
THE SPACE Upstairs has lounge, kitchen and dining, overlooking the river, sliding doors to balcony. Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with shower, enjoy balcony access straight from the room. Second bedroom with walk-in robe and balcony access, bathroom with bath (no shower) and vanity down the hallway with seperate toilet. Downstairs spacious third bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the back yard. In summary, river views and outdoor excess available from all bedrooms!. Downstairs laundry is adjacent to bedroom 3 and features another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
GARDEN, ENTERTAINMENT AREAS, TOYS/EQUIPMENT Downstairs on each side of the house are covered entertainment areas, one with hooded gas BBQ. The green lawn stretches all the way to the riverfront. Relax on the sun lounge provided, or take the paddle boards out for a morning exercise, two SUPs are provided and available to guests. For colder days you can light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the star gazing.
PARKING Double garage and driveway parking. Plenty of space for boats and trailers.

BOATRAMP AND RESERVE The area near the river front is a public reserve. Please share the space with fishermen and other outdoor lovers. If you use sporting equipment, please secure it at the property instead of it laying around in public.
NO PETS PLEASE Sorry no pets due to unfenced area in the back and owner preference. mySOLscape has plenty of other pet friendly accommodation choices, just filter on 'pets allowed' or get in touch.

House needs work fly screen on door needâs replacing most screen doors are hard to open barbecue needs to be replaced as itâs rusted out and someone will get hurt needs to be removed couldnât even use it bedroom windows next to kitchen dont stay open veranda flooring screws are popping out you go to walk on it and it doesnât feel safe plunges in taps need to be looked at we had to go with out water for a night and most of the day until 5pm without water smoke alarms going off in the early hours of mornings needs to be looked at. Apart from that the Beds are great so is the fishing beds were comfortable just needs maintenance and it will be a great spot
Perfect location. Very relaxing and quiet spot, yet still close to town, restaurants and amenities. Gas for BBQ had run out and there was no spare, which was a bit frustrating for our plans for dinner the first night, but a replacement was on the doorstep by 6am the following morning, which was appreciated.
Great location and house was fantastic and comfortable. Gas of the BBQ ran out the 2nd night and firepit needs some work as coles rolled out the bottom and introduce risk of burns. We BBQd over the fire in the front using the gas grills and bricks. We left the bricks in the firepit, this might avoid coles from rolling out the bottom.
Arriving here was lovely. The view, to die for. Fishing appeal was great. But, The rodents, not so much. Running around at night were discusting mice, leaving presents for you to clean in the morning. The coffee machine was filthy. The showers (only in ensuite and laundry) were Tiny. There was a dirty pad in the fireplace. Construction next door. We will not be back. There are much nicer places to stay that are more value for your .
