Outside there is private parking for two cars and a large partially enclosed garden with a patio, lawned area, BBQ and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Smoking is not permitted. For local amenities, there is a shop within 2.4 miles a pub within 1.1 mile, and a glorious sandy beach within 1 mile. The property is not suitable for 6 adults, 4 adults and 2 children only.
