Room was a bit tired, large red wine stain on carpet near window. Didn't have breakfast as price via Expedia was £30 pp!! Was not advised on any breakfast rate by reception at check-in so never had.

Really nice reception and bar. Didn’t use the restaurant. Spa was really nice. Room was really nice and bathroom and shower were top notch. Only thing that let the room down was the mattresses. Really old and worn and not that comfortable. If the bed wasn’t made up and we saw the mattress when we arrived I would have rejected the room.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. A few stains on the carpet and grouting in shower needs cleaned otherwise very clean. Good facilities and the spa was excellent!

Most of the staff are friendly and courteous Items to be improved: -Hocks in the room to hang wet/ damp jackets/ coats - hock in bathroom beside sink to hang hand towel - fit soft close toilet lid ( was very surprised by the low quality toilet) - provide recycling bin in the corridor/ entrance hall - ensure steady spa pool temperature ( last day the temperature was around 3 degrees lower than the previous days) - ensure that the locks on the spa lockers are working and safe ( already spoken to spa manager about this) - beside table with a drawer for essentials like charging cables etc be more useful than the ones provided - providing an additional chair ( considering rooms aimed for 2 people) - get the air conditioning system serviced ( the fan was very noisy) - consider upgrading the windows ( we were on the 1st floor and even with the window closed it was still rather noisy ) - consider having the swimming pool 1-2 degrees warmer ( I wasn’t the only person finding it fairly cold) - bar staff could do with being better informed on what is on offer and more polite and understanding

I love this hotel walking distance from main shops just sits out the way of the main drag. Excellent views of city and river. Good parking. Pool and spa very well maintained
