This stunning single family home located beside the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River in Florida has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large kitchen that has recently been renovated. From the deck on the back of the house enjoy the fantastic view of the Rainbow River. Step out into the large back yard and make your way to the waters edge where you can enjoy the river deck and try your luck fishing for fresh water bass!

We recently stayed at a beautiful river house and had such a relaxing time. The location right by the water was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and full of nature. One of our favorite moments each day was enjoying coffee on the dock while watching the otters swim by every morning
 it felt magical!The house itself was comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest is that the backyard and lanai could use a little updating and cleanup, but it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the stay was.Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. Such a dreamy spot to unwind—we’d definitely come back!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it is just a wonderful spot. It's got great indoor and outdoor areas for gathering, it's helpful to have an extra fridge in the garage, and we also appreciated that there were extra floats available. We already want to go back!

We had such a wonderful family vacation at this lovely river home! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the perfect halfway spot on the river. We paddled from the head springs, stopped back at the house for a swim, and then grabbed tubes to float down to Swampy's. It was the best of all worlds!The house itself was clean, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to relax between adventures. Hanna was the most accommodating host. The house and property was exactly what we needed to enjoy a week on the river with our dogs. The house is in a a great location, very close to the spring head and KP hole, but honestly the best part of our trip was hanging out on the dock, in and out of the water all day. Yard is completely fenced so we didn’t have to worry about the dogs getting out. Zero complaints, 10/10 would recommend Hanna’s beautiful property if you’re looking for a springs vacation!

Nature oasis in your backyard

We just left after a 4 night stay in this beautiful home. If the natural beauty of The Rainbow River is calling you this house is perfect and has everything. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The lanai area was perfect to kick back when it was raining and just relax. We only left the house one time to eat at Swampy’s the rest of the trip was spent on the dock. We seen so many turtle, fish, gar, and two small gators. Otter’s every morning swimming in front of your dock as they dive down for their morning breakfast. Very relaxing!

Very relaxing

Very relaxing home. No need to leave while there. Kitchen stocked well. Outside had a smoker and huge grill. Had tubes for floating on river and lots of games for inside. Huge lani with dock to fish or just sit back and watch tubers. I definitely would stay again.

Nice and Relaxing

We loved our stay so much! Perfect location on the springs. We will be booking again! Loved how quiet the property was and all the trees in the back. Everything worked great and the property had everything we needed. Was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. Never a bad time unplugged and completely connected to nature.

The location is perfect

The description and photos of the property should be updated. The huge screened porch is awesome but this and the deck could use a pressure wash. The details mention a washer but there was a sign telling us not to use it. Coffee grinder broken. Propane grill not operable but there was an electric one. The 2nd twin bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work at first but the owner sent someone out and he was able to fix it for us. Despite these items we really enjoyed our time on the gorgeous river and would consider staying again after the property gets a little TLC.

Lovely location

Comfortable house on the beautiful Rainbow River, where the kayaking is delightful. It’s also located very close to the Blue Run Park, which connects to the biking trail Withlacoochee which is 46 miles long. Good location for the outdoor centric person.
