This ideally located condo sits right at the North end of Durango, 20 minutes from Purgatory Mountain Resort and 10 minutes from Downtown Durango. It is facing the gorgeous Animas Red Cliffs. The high grade furnishings complement this quiet get-away, including: leather down couch, mahogany sleigh queen size bed and high boy dresser, walk-in closet, inflatable queen and twin mattresses, smart TV with DVD player, leather high back stools around the counter, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air mattress available for more than 2 occupants. Covered outside porch includes dining for 4, and spectacular views of the Animas Valley and the Red Cliffs. Beautiful views and perfect location

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well maintained condo. What a great space and so many extra little touches. Thank you. This condo has a well stocked kitchen that made dinners a breeze. The Durango hot springs are down the road with hiking trails close. I was the perfect places for our stay. And our kitty loved it too.

Was as good as it gets. Clean every thing from soap to paper goods paper clips to note paper. All cooking and cleaning supplies. Great big screen tv and internet service. Highly recommend

Great Monthly Stay for work and play

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a bit worried initially about the size since I was planning on working from the location. This fear was unfounded as the property feels and lives much larger. The place is quiet, I never heard any noise from other units in the building during the day while working. The space is very comfortable and the location was perfect for us being on the north side of town and closer to the mountains and trails we visited. The host is fantastic, the place was very clean, she had a terrific 4th of July bouquet out and had every amenity covered.

Wonderful Stay in Durango!

This was our first VRBO experience. The location and apartment were just perfect for us. Easy access for Purgatory, public transit into Durango, day trips to the four corners region., and beautiful sunrises over the Animas Cliffs. Tamra made us feel so welcome. She provided treats for us and even for our dog, fresh flowers, and added a sports package to the cable so we could watch our favorite college basketball games. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. We highly recommend this spot if you are visiting Durango!

Awesome Rental

Rented this condo for a month to check out Durango and Southwest Colorado, while working remotely. Super clean and comfortable, furnished with everything you'd need - including blazing fast, reliable internet (better than my own in Phoenix!). A great base to explore the area, located just north of town below the cliffs of Animas City Mountain and across the highway from the Animas River. Oxbow Park is an easy bike ride or drive down the road, and a great spot to access the river - kayak or paddle board (late summer) or bike/walk the Animas River Trail, which just got extended here and follows the river all the way to the south end of town. Easy drive to lots of shops, restaurants and so many incredible outdoor spots! Also highly recommend the Waterfall Spa about 4 miles down the road for a great outdoor massage next to a real waterfall (weather permitting). Only downsides I experienced during my visit were occasional loud music from the tenant above and almost constant traffic noise from the Million Dollar Highway while on the patio - though the view really is stunning which helped tune it out. Traffic noise wasn't too bad inside, though a little noticeable from bed. Overall, an excellent rental. And the host could not have been nicer. Well worth a visit!

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The property was clean and in a great location for going to either Purgatory or downtown Durango. Communication with the owner was excellent and she went the extra mile with a personalized welcome package, that we all really enjoyed. We would love to visit again soon!

Wonderful condo in Durango!

Nicely kept, upgraded condo. Convenient to downtown, ski resorts, and all of the many things Durango has to offer. The views from the windows and balcony are absolutely gorgeous. This place made for a wonderful New Years stay and I would highly recommend it!

Christmas in Durango!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be the first couple to stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was in great condition with beautiful wood floors, heated floors in the bathroom and all of the amenities that you could need. The location was just as described, just north of town with a easy drive to Purgatory. We ate in most nights, utilizing the BBQ pit and the stove, where we enjoyed the view and the solitude. Everything in the condo was in great working condition and contained all of the utensils we needed. We did eat out on a couple of nights and the condo is located a short 5 to 10 minute drive to several local eating establishments and some great micro breweries. Also a short drive away are two grocery stores, two ski shops and the Durango, Silverton Railroad. It snowed heavily the last couple of days of our trip and we had no issues getting out of the parking lot of the condo, which was an initial concern since we were not in a 4X4 vehicle. This was the perfect spot to stay for our Christmas holidays and we highly recommend this location, Tamra was great to coordinate with and responded quickly to any inquiries that we had. We hope to stay at the condo again very soon.
