Updated Ski in/Ski Out Studio - Great Views - Deck - Affordable

Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the Six Pack lift. Our single level 500 Sq. Ft. studio condo (Unit 320) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible. The views of the Needles mountain range from the balcony are amazing.

There is also a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) as well as free high-speed wireless internet and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans etc., refrigerator and a washer/dryer are located in the unit. The studio has a bunk bed adjacent to the entry (vs a pull out sofa in the main living space) offering a bit more space and seclusion then most studios which have the pull out sofa next to the bed.

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lot. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around).

Due to HOA rules, all condos in the building are not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Perfect for family of 4, great location

We loved this condo. It's a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out of Lift #4 that serves novice terrain. Most condos this close require the kids to sleep on a sleeper sofa, but this condo has a great bunk bed in addition to the queen-size bed, leaving the couch free to sit and use as an actual couch! The kitchen is small but functional, and we cooked all meals there.

Great time!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The unit was very clean. The complex overall was as fine, the hot tubs were fairly gross while we were there- likely due to all the spring breakers. Location was great- true ski in/ski out. A mattress topper would go a long ways on the main bed- but you’re so worn out from skiing it doesn’t really matter.

Great location, clean rental and well stocked. I would add a cheese grater and a larger casserole dish :) Otherwise all useful kitchen items are there. Check in was a little tricky as the internet is not good at the resort and wasn’t able to access check in steps. (The wifi password was missing a digit but I figured it out.) Should have read it earlier. Directions to use the keypad on door would be helpful. No where to store Mtn bikes and signs all over that they are not allowed in the rooms. That needs to be solved because people aren’t willing to leave their expensive bikes chained up outside. Bike lockers? Beautiful view from room and steps to the happenings there. Fun times.
