Inside, you will find a cozy living and dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, and elegant decoration that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The house also offers heating and Air conditioning throughout the property, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.
The villa features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom includes bunk beds and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups. On the upper floor, there is also a lovely sitting area with incredible mountain views, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and an additional family bathroom.
Private parking is available inside the property under a covered pergola.
