The rooms are very small & oddly designed. The bathroom is such that the room can only be shared by a couple. Staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant “ Spagheti & stars” was terrible. Would not recommend eating here

Great rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. Some complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar. Shower was strong and hot. TV allows you to stream your device. Great facilities, some bar games in reception, a barbers, and a nice restaurant. Only downside: parking charges were excessive (€28/night) and not clear prior to parking and checking in. Recommend if you park there for a few days to speak to reception to get it connected to your room, after which they will validate the card as much as needed.

Positioned in a nice area, very pleasant staff. Room basic but comfortable. Very nice breakfast. The whole ambiance was great. Definitely stay there again

We always stay here an Oberkassel is one of the best areas from Düsseldorf, top quality to top prices, small problem only, that the hotel bar was not open during our stay

The breakfast buffet was nice. I couldnot eat the scrambled egg because it had butter in it so the lady at the buffet made me fried eggs. I didn't even asked that was extremely sweet of her. The room were clean and I had to iron my clothes so they gave me iron board and iron All in all very nice stay. And the nicest service staff❤️❤️❤️❤️
