Welcome! When you are away from home, you want comfort, essentials, and some luxury. This is your place at an affordable price. The winter cold air invites you to a hot tub in the courtyard (shared with main home), then a nice warm and comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and many cooking essentials. A keurig coffee pot is provided with coffee, and welcome snacks are supplied, along with a large counter top oven that will fit a full sized pizza, a plug in skillet and indoor grill, a microwave and large refrigerator for longer stays. A separate private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and dresser to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is modern and a hot shower awaits. Relax and watch your favorite show on the smart T.V. - FREE STARLINK WIFI. This is an apartment on the back side of a larger home. You have a private entrance. 29 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort. Close to grocery shopping and food options in Springville or Eagar, within a 5 minute drive. NOTE: Each guest must be able to comfortably go up and down steps to get to the apartment. Not wheelchair accessible.

Very well-cared for property, good communication with host, well-stocked kitchen, large refrigerator a plus for longer stay, reasonable rates for base camp to explore the area. Eager is a small town in the expansive Round Valley grasslands with access to even higher treed mountain recreation less than an hour in several directions.

The only problem the steps going into the property were very unstable also the gap from sauna to deck step some what risky. The stay was good very quiet neighborhood we enjoyed.We would stay there again. Thank you

This unit was very clean, modern and equipped. Everything a traveler would need to make their stay comfortable. The host was very pleasant and professional. The only downside was the entrance and stairway to the unit. We would stay there again.

Cool High Country Getaway in Eagar, AZ

Cute, clean single family home is currently being rented out as two separate units. The home is located right off the main road through town and very close to restaurants and other essentials. Perfect spot for one person or a couple to spend evenings then venture out for day trips in the surrounding high country. I will return!
