Bring the whole family for a luxurious experience on a beautiful & private 2 acres estate. Relax in the hot tub while the kids play in the private heated pool. Battle in the dark with light up foosball. Challenge each other in ping pong or table games in a spacious game room. Wind down in the theater with a movie on a 120 inch screen & full surround sound. Enjoy grilling, cold drinks & music on the patio with kitchen. Featuring all new furniture/beds, hotel quality with no personal owner items.



The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a small office, an indoor pool and hot tub, a game room, and a theater/gaming room. The large, covered back patio boasts an oversized grill, mini-fridge, sink, kegerator, built-in gas fire pit, and direct access to the pool room. Private East facing deck off the master. West facing patio for sunsets with access to pool room.



You will have the whole house and 2 acres to yourself.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the Eagle foothills.



The house has a driveway that is shared with one neighbor. The property has space for 6-8 vehicles to park with additional parking on the street.

The host was amazing. This was the perfect spot for our extended family. The home was well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The pool and the game room were the definite highlights! We had kids from 3-14 and each one of them enjoyed it! Definitely a great place to stay!

Hot tub was cooking! The pool room is a bit loud with HVAC unit, but the indoor space is great and accessible from main bedroom (stairs) and living/dining.We didn't utilize beautiful yard at all, but would be great to play catch, frisbee, spike ball, etc!

This is a great home for families with children. Lots of room to spread out and great entertainment features for all ages. Everything worked and we were careful to follow all the owner's rules including no fireworks on the 4th of July (I understand why) but neighbors had fireworks. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay at his unique home and we recommend it highly.

Perfect for families!!

This property was one to remember the pool size is amazing great for kids and adults alike. Lots of room to play. Game room and media room were exactly as described lots of space for the kids to do their own thing. We took the kids skiing from this property at bogus basin easy 40 minute drive you’re right at the ski hill. This property also allowed us to walk along the Boise river just a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend

Boise New Year’s Extravaganza
