This condo is conveniently located just outside downtown East Jordan, across the street from the public beach right on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. Perfect for families and friend groups to take in lake views. With a walkout right to the patio and shared lawn space and the balcony right off the master bedroom there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the calm breezes and simple beauty of the lake

This place was falling apart, the host gets mad with the renter and says they did the damage, I’ve reported to vrbo. Horrible host, new owner doesn’t respect anyone.

This condo is centrally located for trips around Lake Charlevoix and has a beautiful lake view. The kitchen is well stocked and had coffee, salt and pepper. The beds are comfy and towels are thick. No shampoo or conditioner were available. WIFI worked fine. Neighbors were super quiet. The decor, inside paint and towel racks are a work in progress but it was very clean!

Great price for the area! I enjoyed the beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom and the balcony was an added bonus! The kitchen was well amended and I would definitely book here again!

In town for a wedding and so happy it was right down the street. Condo was cute and clean and seemed well equipped even though we didn't get a chance to use anything. Cute town that seemed to be having a street fair. Would like to come back another time and check out more of the area. Only suggestion - leave an outside light on, it was a little challenging to find in the dark :-)

Perfect weekend getaway

This was a great spot for a relaxing weekend. It’s close enough for day trips to TC, Charlevoix, Elk Rapids and Boyne City. Enjoyed morning coffee looking out at the water. Great beach across the street.

Just right

This was a great place for the two of us and woud be perfect for a family. It has 3 bathrooms! Very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to eat in if you wish. Nice living room with a great TV. Communication with the host was prompt. I would stay there again if in the area.

Summer getaway

It was a beautiful condo, nicely appointed with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Amazing views of Lake Charlevoix off the patio! Great fire pit to grill dinner and s'mores! 3 bathrooms and very comfortable beds made our time there very enjoyable!
