About this home:
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home on East Sandwich Beach. Large vacation home with an extra lower level of living space- complete with 2nd kitchen and a third living space /suite above the garage with a deck to enjoy the ocean breezes.

The first floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area and large sunroom. Primary Bedroom suite on the first floor with a queen bed and a whirlpool jetted bathtub.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. A large king bedroom with a walkout deck and water view. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

On the lower level, there is extra living space which includes a kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, bar area, and TV room with a gas fireplace and a piano to enjoy.

You can walk out to a serene landscaped yard with a screened-in patio, child's playhouse, swing, and large outdoor shower.

The bonus apartment over the garage is a studio with a trundle bed (used as a couch or pull-out for two twins), full kitchenette, and full bath, as well as a large deck with water view.
