Disappointing
I have not responded as I had not intended to post anything because I do not like to say negative things but since you are asking. The good thing is it is a quiet location and appeared safe. The beds were comfortable. Thatâs where the good aspects seemed to stop.
-Property manager was unresponsive until we arrived and we were unable to access the property. This resulted in our having to call the property manager to reset the door lock.
-Sheets and towels appeared to be clean, saying this because it was evident that the townhouse had not been vacuumed. The rugs were not clean both upstairs and downstairs. It felt like no one had been there since the last renter, whenever that was? So a cleaning before we arrived would have been nice.
-There was a comment, in September, on the VRBO site that mentioned the freezer had ice buildup on the top shelf of the freezer. Water on the top shelf of the refrigerator, dripping to the shelf below, coming from the freezer build up. Why would this not have been taken car of since Sept?
-Both bathrooms upstairs had broken toilet paper dispensers. A new one in the master bath had not been installed with the old broken one protruding from the vanity.
-The door in the jacuzzi needs covering as the window from the next townhome has visual access into the master bath.
-Unable to use luggage rack in hall bedroom closet as there were quilts on it, no room to hang items.
