Your search for a relaxing summer, (fall, winter and spring) in the Cape, starts and ends with this beautiful, and happy home - One Day Happened.

Brand new house built in 2020, beautifully decorated to make your stay in the Outer Cape magical, relaxing, and unforgettable. The house aesthetics are clean and clutter free.

The house is sun filled and cheery. It is steps away from the Cape Cod Bike Trail and less than 10 minutes drive to both ocean side and bay side beaches. Catch the waves during the day and then watch the most amazing sunsets on the bayside.

The house has an open floor plan, with lots of windows and plenty of sunlight. All the three bedrooms are very spacious, which is rare to find in this area.

House is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a bike trail less than a minute walk, and Orleans downtown less than 3 minutes drive. Within 10 minutes of drive you can access all the:
- Outer cape bay side beaches, where water tends to be warm and boasts of spectacular sunsets
- National seashore beaches, one of the top 10 beaches in the world, known for pristine water, soft sand, waves, sea lions, surfing, and pure fun in the sun.

House has a great layout that can accommodate multi-generational family, or 2 families.

My husband and I stayed at this property For a quick weekend getaway. The home was immaculate and very comfortable and welcoming. It has everything you need. Wonderful stay!

This was a perfect spot for our week on Cape Cod! The location was great with lots of trees and the Cape Cod Rail-Bike Trail was only one block away! We arrived after dark, so had a little trouble finding the house, however everything went very smoothly after that. The house is lovely and was very clean!! Our host, Nodhi, was exceptional with communication, and it was obvious that she values guest comfort and satisfaction!

Best House Yet

We have been staying on the Cape for the last 13 years and this is the best house yet. From the minute we drove onto the property we knew something was different. Spacious yard on a corner lot gave us all the privacy we needed. We stepped into the massive mud room which worked perfectly as a staging area for the beach. The house itself was immaculate when we arrived and the layout was perfect for our family, we absolutely loved the open floor plan. Location was perfect for trips to both outer and mid Cape. We will definitely be staying again.

Wedding Weekend!

We stayed at this property with family to attend a weekend wedding. The house was PERFECT in every way.......from cleanliness, amenities, location, you name it! Wonderful stay for our girls weekend

We enjoyed a weekend at Nidhi's home. There were 5 of us and the house is very comfortable for our group. The house is clean, beds are comfortable. The linens are very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood and a 6 min. ride to First Encounter Beach. I would definitely rent again. Nidhi was very communicative.

Fabulous home and great location

Our family has been visiting the Cape every summer for quite some time and we love Skaket and Nauset beach. This home is perfectly located between the two and it was the perfect layout and size for our family. We enjoyed the open layout while we made a lobster dinner and played games. We also love the large mudroom where we were able to keep our many shoes, beach supplies, jackets, and bike helmets before we entered the kitchen area. Also, Nidhi was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We had a great time!

It's a home first, rental property second

This was one of the nicest VRBO places we've ever stayed at. From the design choices, to the overall layout of the house, to the amenities/towels/linens/toiletries, everything was great. Typically you rent a place and you know it's a rental because you can tell where they cut corners to maximize the revenue/expenses. This is not that place. The linens were soft, there was a plentiful amount of cookware (to the extent we would cook), the furniture was nice/comfortable, and everything was done ultra-tastefully. The house itself is beautifully laid out. Bedrooms are very large and all their touches made it look/feel like a professional designer did it (I suspect the owner is a professional designer for this reason). My kids (6 & 9) loved the home. Additionally, we didn't bring any beach toys or boogie boards (as this was a last minute trip), yet the house had it waiting for us. Everything is brand new -- as the house was built in 2021. They have a tankless hot water heater, which meant we didn't have to worry about losing hot water. Overall, if you're looking for a home base on Cape Cod from which to explore, it's hard to think of a better place than this. Finally, the owner was ultra-responsive. Our whale watching cruise was cancelled due to high seas, so the owner graciously let us check in earlier so we could get ready for the beach. This saved the day. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning!

Great Home in Eastham!

My family and I have been vacationing on Cape Cod for the better part of 20 years. "One Day Happened" was by far the nicest home we've stayed in. Absolutely spotless with every amenity, plenty of space for a family of 5 and a great location. Minutes from the CC Bike Trail and only a short drive from First Encounter Beach, Great Pond and ocean beaches. Amenity-wise it was great having beach chairs, towels and linens as part of the rental (no need to schlep those from home). Thanks again, Nidhi!

Perfect for our last minute getaway!

We wanted a clean, quiet, affordable house in the middle of the cape. Since it was an unplanned trip, we did not have linens and towels, so we wanted those included. This beautiful new home delivered and Nidhi went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She was a wonderful host and I recommend this house and all it has to offer.

We had a great stay at Nidhi's house. It was the best rental we have ever stayed in. The house is very new, clean, and well organized. Nidhi is well organized and sent us some helpful information about what to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed the beaches and fishing and the central location to enjoy the outer cape. The house has everything you would need to cook.

We stay there for five nights and the property is beautiful. In a wonderful location if you like to use the bike path very convenient and close. You can also take path to Coast Guard Beach from there. My family had a really good experience and enjoyed everything about cape cod . They want to keep coming back. I highly highly recommend
