Best vacation ever

We enjoyed looking at the river watching the ducks, geese and eagles. The property is was comfortable and inviting. We would stay there again.

Great location, outstanding host

Firstly, this property is gorgeous. The home is great for families with children of all ages. The fridge had beverages stocked when we arrived as well as coffee and granola bars. Claudio was super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Very clean house we loved that laundry detergent and other soaps and kitchen goods were provided. The outdoor area was top notch. The kids loved the river access, the yard to play in, and smores around the fire right on the Delaware River. Will definitely be back!

A HIDDEN GEM

the owners were quick to answer any concerns and made our welcome extra special with some refreshments following a hot trip-there were little bathroom humor plaques and tiny prompts on lighting switches to help us find our way-there wasn't a wall full of regulations like most places have-just one simple plaque-everythiing was just placed perfectly down to towels folded as if they were formal dinner linens-but the real GEM is the rear of this beautiful home -it is breathtaking from every level -even the grass was perfectly groomed-the whole rear of this home was like a resort all to yourself-the upper deck with its fans were great for early morning coffee or late evening glass of wine-the lower deck was great for barbecue and the fire pit was a nice touch with the neighbors giving a firework show for the fourth of july-you should be very proud Claudio and Vanessa-it truly was the most beautiful place we ever stayed-and will be a pleasant memory for us always. Thanks Bob and Joyce
