My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary and the Hummingbird Inn was the perfect relaxing and romantic getaway. Eric and Michael are gracious and accommodating hosts. The Inn is gorgeous. Our room was elegant yet comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and lots of cool shops to check out. I also want to throw a shout out to Storm and Daughters Ice Cream which we walked to after dinner because it’s maybe the best ice cream we’ve ever had. Then back to the Inn where we purchased a bottle of wine and relaxed on the porch for the rest of the evening. And the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The pancakes were delicious and the fresh baked scones were amazing. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10.

Our Mothers Day getaway was wonderful! The owner and operator, Eric, was so very gracious and personable.....not to mention an excellent cook, breakfast was divine. He gives you a choice of two different entrees for breakfast when you check in.....we did one of each and they both were delicious. The house was clean, comfortable, cozy and “porch time” was great. Eric had wine, cheese and crackers available on the front porch and when we got back from dinner we joined the group already enjoying the evening. It was by far our best BnB experience to date, and we’ve had quite a few. Highly recommend The Hummingbird Inn, we will definitely be back soon.
