Loved the renovation since I was last a guest! Front desk was rude when I asked if he would mail a letter. My hands were full and he could have easily put my mail in the mailbox. Instead he said the mailbox was on the corner, leading me to believe it was a USPS mailbox and I would need to go outside to mail my letter. The "mailbox" was a wooden box at the end of the counter!
