151 House offers unparalleled luxury with over 280 feet of Lake Oconee frontage. This spacious home features five master suites and 7.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests, and pays tribute to “Pirates of the Caribbean,” with its master suites: Empress, Queen Anne, Port Royal, Calypso, and Black Pearl. Each suite has an all-glass wall with private porch access and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy top-tier amenities like a two-sided infinity pool with a hot tub or fire pit overlooking the lake.

Located on a private peninsula, 151 House was designed so that every bedroom has a beautiful lake view. The property features a private dock and an add-on option to rent a boat from the nearby marina. Located an hour away from Atlanta and 45 minutes from Athens, this lake property is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city or the perfect home base for a weekend watching your home team play.

Guests have access to all open areas of the home.

Location
1. The 151 House is situated on a private peninsula surrounded by 19,000 acres of Lake Oconee.
2. 280 feet of lake frontage showcases some of the best vistas on deep water.
3. North-facing views provide extra privacy from neighbors and front row seats to the parade of lake life and the finest twilights in the state.
4. Located between Atlanta and Augusta, Hartsfield Jackson Airport and Augusta National Golf Club are within convenient 70 to 90-minute drives.
5. Within 45 minutes, guests can be in Athens, known as the “Classic City,” and home to the University of Georgia and current college football national champs, the Georgia Bulldogs.
6. Being outside the gated communities means no hassles with guest passes and limited parking.
7. The private drive and parking pads accommodate up to 10 vehicles.
8. Within ten minutes are cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and a Publix supermarket.

HOUSE RULES
OCCUPANCY
- This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this home.

- Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy inside and out to avoid cancellation of your stay.

- All guests must be 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.

- 151 House has a strict “no party” “no event” policies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests and respect neighboring residents.

ANIMALS
- No animals, pets, or emotional support animals of any kind are allowed at any time, including those of guests or visitors, without exception. Breaking this rule will result in immediate eviction and refusal of entry.

CHECK-IN
- Check-in is any time AFTER 4:00PM EST and check out NO LATER THAN 10:00AM EST. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend early check-ins or late check-outs due to the time required to clean and prepare the house for the next guest. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- A team member will meet you onsite to greet you at check-in. Guests will be provided with a temporary keypad code for the front door for the duration of their stay.

- A team member will provide you with the keypad code along with a tour of how to use some of the home features, such as the commercial grade chef’s kitchen appliances, the smart home technology, as well as the pool and hot tub features.

- If anything is damaged when you arrive, let us know by messaging the host on the day of your arrival. Any damages notified after your arrival will be subject to an insurance claim against you (the `occupant`).

- You are responsible for any damage to the home, furniture, or equipment during your stay.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $2500 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

- You agree all activities are at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for staying away from cliff edges, swimming safely, and following local laws and regulations.

- You agree to read a copy of the Putnam County Ordinances and agree to comply with the same PUTNAM COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, Code of Ordinances, Putnam County.

AMENITIES
- You operate equipment, pools, hot tubs, and all amenities at your own risk. All guests and visitors acknowledge they are responsible for renting appropriate safety gear for all activities that require proper safety gear.

- If you would like the pool to be heated, this is an extra fee of $175. Please communicate prior to booking if you would like this service to be added to your reservation.

o The max temperature for the pool is 75 ÂșF, and the max temperature for the hot tub is 104 ÂșF. A $175 fee applies for the duration of your stay you would like to use the heating feature.

- 151 House has a saltwater hot tub and pool, please ensure you rinse off via the outdoor shower BEFORE getting in the pool if you are coming up from the lake or beach area. This ensures that the pool does not have to be closed during your stay for treatment to keep the pH balance correct, and that sand residue from the lake doesn’t clog the filters.

- The pool is cleaned regularly and serviced in between guest use to ensure it remains clean and healthy.
