BOAT AVAILABLE - BEST LOCATION - Waterfront Getaway on Lake Oconee Sleeps 10-12

Recently built new home on Lake Oconee in great condition.
This is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home with an additional bunk room for the kids. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids. We also provide 2 twin EZ beds. All adult bedrooms have views of the lake.

Includes 2 common spaces with comfortable seating and large TVs, one on the main floor and one in the basement. Great modern kitchen and bathrooms come equipped of everything you will need to fully enjoy your time at the lake.

Expansive views of the lake from the screened in porch and the dock. Screened porch offers comfortable seating including a couch and 2 rockers as well as 2 hanging swing chairs. Grilling porch with new grill is included and offers easy access to the lake.

Rental includes kayak, stand up paddle boards, life jackets, floats, and fishing poles and gear.

Boat Rental through Boat Setter app is available to our guests.

2 car garage and 2 additional spots for parking.

Truly one of a kind home and we are excited to share it with you.

Masters 2025!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful house right on Lake Oconee while enjoying the Masters tournament. Could not get enough of the beautiful screened in porch and fire pit area. Sunsets were incredible! The hot tub felt pretty darn good after a round of golf. The paddle boards and corn hole game were well used. Can’t say enough about this property. Carl and Rachel were super friendly and responsive. Perfect VRBO hosts.

Beautiful views, a relaxing back deck, great communication. While we weren’t able to use the lake amenities because of weather, it was still a joy hanging out with our crew and being able to relax on the property. Will be back.

Excellent lake house for a family. Our top 3 favorites were the house, the boat and the fire pit. This house is beautiful and is well equipped with anything and everything you can think of. Perfect Family Lake Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake home that’s perfect for families. The house is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, it easily accommodated our entire family, including kids and grandparents, with plenty of room to spare. The highlight was definitely the lake access and the large outdoor space, perfect for BBQs, outdoor games, and relaxing evenings by the water. The kids loved playing in the yard and swimming in the lake, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet from the deck with a stunning view of the water. There were plenty of activities nearby as well, including boating, fishing, and hiking trails.

Our Family's Christmas in July Gathering

Our family is sprawled over two states, and it's hard to get together during the holidays. So we get together in the summer, instead. This house, with the optional boat rental, was perfect. Our grands range in age from 2 to 17, and this trip had something for everyone! Yay! It was the perfect choice for our family's needs.

We just stayed in this lovely home during the week and it was fantastic. We took advantage of the boat rental and the combination was perfect for our family. Linger Longer on Lake Oconee!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay - the place was perfect for our mixed age group and had all the 'extra's' we were hoping for. As boat people we loved that the home included a onsite boat along with the toys. We enjoyed the stand up paddle board, kaya, lily pad, playing bags on the lawn and overall just having a nice family vacation. At the house, the bedding and towels were clean and soft, the layout of the house gave us plenty of space to be together and spread out, we loved the hanging swings and screened in porch for taking in the lake views. Rachel and Carl were excellent hosts who were incredibly responsive and proactive with communications. It is a lovely home and a great spot on beautiful Lake Oconee.

No complaints at all with this beautiful house and lovely owners. The view is amazing...nice kitchen...soft beds...hot showers. Just book this house if you are looking for a nice spot on Lake Oconee. This house's layout is perfect. All the rooms are oriented toward the lake, which is exactly what one looks for when renting a lake-house! The view was even better than the picture and the atmosphere was just so peaceful. The hosts were so helpful and made everything right when we ran into a snag with the house. They thought of so many things - we never felt like our plans were spoiled by the absence of any essential. My sisters and I all agree - highly recommend!

Great Stay for a Family Weekend

We had a wonderful family trip over a weekend at Lake Oconee, bringing together 2 families with young children and 1 set of grandparent. House was beautiful, right on the water with an excellent view, and was well equipped. Homeowners kept communication open throughout the weekend. Lots of great memories were made at the home!

The house is very nice with a great layout. Views of the lake are wonderful. Great spot on the lake. Excellent for swimming and boating. Plenty of games and good outdoor space for gathering.
