Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly and Poor Conditions We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend event, booking nearly 20 rooms due to limited availability elsewhere for our group size. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were overwhelmed by an extremely strong and unpleasant scent—an odd mix of bleach, vanilla, and a musty air freshener, seemingly on a timed release. It felt like they were trying to mask another odor rather than addressing the root issue. The rooms were cramped and poorly designed. The toilet and bath area were tiny, and the sink was awkwardly positioned right by the entrance. The beds were uncomfortably high, which, as someone who is 5 feet tall, made getting in and out of bed genuinely difficult. Despite the small room, the bed felt disproportionately large, adding to the claustrophobic feel. The AC worked well, but the moment we switched to heat, we were hit with a stale "dirty laundry/old filter" smell. Neither the room nor the hallways had proper air circulation. To make matters worse, the hotel has no elevators. So if you're traveling with kids and luggage, be prepared to haul everything up the stairs yourself. This property is definitely not family-friendly. Children naturally make noise, but it felt like we were expected to keep them silent at all times. Meanwhile, an adult couple appeared to be openly under the influence, sitting outside the hotel with a gallon of water

Bed was very comfortable - my husband and I both slept great. Hotel overall is tired and in need of upgrades, but was fairly clean. We went down for breakfast at 9am (supposed to go to 9:30) and not much left of hot food which was not replenished while we were there.
