* 1 dining room with beautiful integrated kitchen.
Upstairs :
* 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, dressing room and sofa. * 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, and 2 twin 90 x 200 beds.
* 1 bathroom with WC.
Quiet exterior with 200 m2 parking, 300 m² private garden and pleasant 35 m² wooden terrace.
Sheets, towels and final cleaning included. Heating included.
