The house's layout, with its four two-bedroom suites, offers a degree of independence. The ground-floor living areas, the large first-floor living room, and the verandas provide ample space for relaxation. "Villa Lucie" is a 400 m² family home spread over three levels.

Ground floor: entrance hall, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two verandas, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shower, and toilet.

Accessible basement with a second refrigerator and freezer.

First floor: 50 m² living room in two sections with access to a terrace, Suite 1 with two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), bathroom with bathtub and shower, and separate toilet.

Second floor: Suite 2 with two bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom), bathroom/toilet. Suite 3 with two bedrooms (two double beds), bathroom with large shower, and separate toilet.

Third floor (attic): "The Children's House," Suite 4 with three sleeping areas (five single beds), a living room with a table, a sink, and a bathroom/toilet.

Four garages are available at the rear of the property. Parking is also available in front of the house on the street side (free).

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes, kitchenette, and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.

For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking.
