Close to the bike path and the Katama Farm Institute, the children will love it.Beautifully and fully furnished and maintained. Spacious, light and airy, five 8-foot sliders open to wrap-around deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 twin. 3 exquisitely tiled baths, cedar cathedral ceiling, loft with sleep sofa and skylight. Handsome, fully equipped galley kitchen with a 6-foot slider opens to rear deck and outdoors shower. Outstanding lighting. Bike path minutes away. Linens, towels, TVs, telephone, VCR, DVD, Hi-speed Internet and stereo are provided. Minimum one week rental from Thursday to Thursday for ease of getting ferry tickets and to enjoy full weekend of Vineyard events with no travel. No pets! (Please note; there will be no cleaning charge if the house is left in the same general condition found upon entry).Please keep in mind September is an ideal time to be on the Vineyard, the crowds thinning, the water is warm and you may get a lower rate depending on the size of your party.
