Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay, we really appreciate it. I am very sorry to see that you were not able to rest at night due to Penthouse party noises. We do have a lot of other rooms available so I wish we would have known at the time so you wouldn't have had to endure the noise, as we would have come up with some way to make it right.
