Gorgeous Grassmarket Apartment! In quiet & secure courtyard in central Old Town

This stylish and contemporary, first floor apartment (up one flight of steps) for two guests is located in a secure, quiet, 200 year old Close on the vibrant and historic Grassmarket, and is just a few steps from all of Edinburgh's major attractions and transport links. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are about 2 minutes walk from the apartment and Princes Street & Waverley Railway Station are only 10 minutes walk. It's basically the perfect location from which to step out, experience all the sights and discover your own Edinburgh!
A lovely and spacious apartment sleeping two guests in the bedroom in a luxurious King Size bed. Ideal for couples. The apartment is arranged on open plan so please note that the bedroom area is open to the living / dining area, separated by the wardrobe.
The bright open plan living/dining area and kitchen overlook the private courtyard of the Close. Fully fitted kitchen has everything you might need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. For drying clothes there is a drying rack for air drying. Large bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Access to the apartment is via one flight of 17 steps.
Check-in is from 3pm & Check-out by 10am.

This apartment is right in the middle of everything! You step outside and you are at the bottom of Victoria Street. Several Islander stores, Edinburgh castle, and many places to eat and shop. We started our days by making our own breakfast at our apartment. All pots, pans and utensils were provided, including milk and orange juice in the fridge from Fiona. Everything was clean and we felt very safe within the apartment as well as outside in Grassmarket.
Our apartment was at the bottom of Victoria Street! Everyone is so friendly here!

Absolutely perfect in every aspect! Location was exactly where we wanted to be, with great access to all that Edinburgh has to offer. Restaurants and bars were plentiful and offered a variety of cuisines, certainly something for everyone’s taste buds!Fiona is the consummate host! Her apartment shows pride of ownership and a keen insight into what any traveler may need or want!We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen as we cooked dinner most nights.You will not regret renting this amazingly maintained and conveniently located apartment!

What a great location for seeing Edinburgh! There you are next to Grass market shops and restaurants,Victoria sheet and an easy walk to the castle and royal mile. Our host gave me fantastic walking directions from the train station avoiding the stairs and a steep climb with my suitcases. Easy! The proximity to groceries was fine. There are steps up to the apartment but not too bad. Security is great. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sights of Edinburgh in this conveniently located apartment in a close behind Mussel and Steak ( which was a great place to eat by the way!) a superb location for exploring this super interesting city. This was a great pick for us!

The perfect stay

What a great location!

What a great location and lovely apartment! Everything we needed was included and we loved being able to walk to everything including dinner at Howie’s and Bertie’s, up the hill to the Royal Mile and the cemetery on the other side. The apartment was so well appointed that we needed nothing for quick meal prep and clean up even down to the body wash and a little olive oil and laundry pods! Thanks so much for a wonderful time in Edinburgh and we would definitely recommend to others.
This is literally steps from the apartment. So easy! Victoria Street

Lovely stay!

Fiona's flat was the perfect location for us to explore Edinburgh during our time there. It's literally directly off the Grassmarket at the foot of Victoria Street - plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to popular locations in Old and New Town. The flat was just as described and had all the amenities you'd need. While we didn't make use of the kitchen for cooking, having the kettle and french press available for coffee and tea was perfect. (Fiona, thank you for having tea bags, coffee and milk available for us, and for the delicious tea cakes as a treat!) If we are ever back in the area, we would rebook this flat with Fiona in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic stay!

Personally we felt like the property was even more roomy than the pictures showed (often the reverse can be true). Everything was very clean and full of amenities. You walk right out onto the Grassmarket area and the start of Bow/Victoria St, so just a great location to explore. Tons of shops, restaurants, pubs right there, and good groceries are very close by as well. The host (Fiona) was very helpful and responsive. We'd highly recommend staying here! Edinburgh Gem in Grass Market

Could not ask for a better location in all of Edinburgh as Grass Market is where you want to be. The Apartment itself as well as communication is as good as it gets, and we've rented several throughout Europe over the years. If you are looking for a full-size Apartment equipped with everything you need, look no further than less beautiful Apartment. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. We were there for 6 days and had a great time in this wonderful city. Thanks Fiona for all your help.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. Fiona was great with communication prior to our arrival. I was a little confused as how to get into the flat, but I was able to call and she helped me get in with no problems. I would recommend this flat to any person or couple looking to stay in the heart of Edinburgh.
