The room was surprisingly comfortable and had everything you need. When we checked in, Tom was absolutely amazing. Friendly and welcoming. (Tom, if you ever visit Canada, please remember to go to Banff, Lake Louise, the Rockies, but also New Brunswick/ Nova Scotia; thank you for everything!) Our room had a view of the castle which was such a great add to an amazing stay. We are on our 40th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect!

There were 2 of us. Only 1 towel provided, 1 bottle of water . Hotel and rooms are not particularly clean as rugs are quite stained and dirty. Room is tiny and cramped and difficult to move around. Staff friendly.
