The restaurant was closed and we paid £70 to eat in an improvised office space. The shower was broken The bar area was set up for an office party. Staff struggled to use the bar equipment and didn’t know which product was which. Property is completely run down. Double room with Doble bed but only one bedside cabinet. I could go on but really give it a miss unless third world vibe is what your after.

Staff at check in very lovely and changed our room to one nearer than had been originally allocated, without us asking. We were tired as we'd been shopping all day.
