Great hotel

I booked this hotel because i had a voucher, so wasn't sure what to expect. From arrival i was impressed by the friendly staff and the welcoming reception. Our room wason the small side, but perfect for a 1 night stay. It was in a good location, not far from the west ebd of Prince's street. We had a drink at the bar and found the prices very reasonable. We didn't book breakfast, but once we checked it out, decided to go for it. For £13, the choice of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, pastries, tea and coff was great

I stayed here for a couple of nights in one of the windowless rooms. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was limited in choice but good quality. This hotel offers excellent value for money and I can highly recommend for short term stays in Edinburgh.

Staff excellent food good room ok.

The room was ok small lack of storage.It was actually an accessible room. The shower fixing was broken. Heating in room wasn't good fairly cold. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good for a continental. Ok for an overnight at the price would use again.

Conveniently located for Haymarket station, and not far from the Meadows and Princes Street. Smartly-presented, clean and tidy hotel with wonderful, efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Room was a decent size with a surprisingly spacious bathroom; plenty of power outlets. Thanks to a comfortable bed, low external noise levels – despite looking down onto a busy road – and a superlative blackout curtain, I got a great night’s sleep. Excellent value for the price paid.
