Nice flat but poorly heated, dirty blankets

Huge spacious apartment, clean kitchen bathroom bedroom and flooring, but if you like a warmer temperature, bear in mind the thermostat here doesn't heat above 20°C. The radiators were cold or lukewarm at best despite valves being open. Resetting the thermostat and playing with settings didn't help. It was uncomfortably cold the whole time, day and night, even though it was only early October. I tried using the spare blankets from the closet to be warmer at night but they were covered in nasty stains all over. Also the blind on one of the front windows was missing and it was a ground floor unit so there was no privacy in the living room especially at night with the light on. Fix these things and you will have a great apartment, but for me it was frustrating and disappointing, especially as I was on business and didn't have time to deal with fixing nonsense or calling a call centre for help.
