Location was great but I wouldn’t return
The location is great, near Edinburgh castle and shopping and restaurants. The room however was freezing! The bed is on a platform in a corner next to wall so if you’re a couple someone has to practically climb to enter the bed. There is a towel warmer in the bathroom that will burn you. The staff was stingy when we asked for more toilet paper. When I asked to store bags for a couple of hours after I had checked out, the staff missed two bags and left them standing at the desk. I was glad I noticed before I had left but they admitted they had forgotten about them.
