Custom Home with custom furnishings, beach chic decor and new pool. Located just steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean (750 ft) and a beach access to park your bike, car or golf cart. Located at 1523 Marianne St. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is perfect for your beach vacation. Professional designed and decorated with a coastal flair. Plenty of amenities. Relax on the spacious screen porch accessible from the living area or master bedroom. The screen porch overlooks a large backyard, pool and fire pit. Plenty of space underneath house for outdoor activities, boat and golf cart storage. Enjoy an afternoon shower in the fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Edisto Beach is the perfect location for your next vacation. Less than 45 minutes from Historic Charleston, SC it is the perfect island getaway. Bring a boat and explore the Intercoastal Waterway or your set of clubs to play the Plantation Course.

Sunday to Sunday rental schedule during the summer months, otherwise partial week rentals are available.

Towels and sheet sets are currently not being provided. S&J Linen Service (843-452-6741) can provide a linen service if you would prefer to not bring your own. We have found that most parties wish to use their own linens.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests who may struggle with allergies, we unfortunately do not accept pets regardless of size, temperament or age.

We absolutely loved this house! The house itself is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch in the evenings after the beach. A bonus for us was the fire pit in the backyard! It was chilly in the evenings and we enjoyed sitting around a fire just talking and laughing. It’s a short walk to the beach if you didn’t want to drive and very convenient to the stores on Jungle Road. Ralph always responded in a timely manner and a great host. We can’t wait to stay here again! (Wish it was pet friendly lol, but completely understandable as to why it’s not) We had a great time as always!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It was clean and we were close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and beautiful. I cannot say enough about the host. This is a nice place with a large common room, a large screen porch, and a wonderful pool. It’s one long block to the beach, which was not a problem for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Seabattical again. This time was the first beach trip for our grandbabies and this house was perfect proximity to the beach and a bonus having the pool. Fully stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated with just what you will need for a comfortable relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house and can’t wait to return! The screened porch was one of our favorite features- perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just relaxing without worrying about bugs. The swimming pool was pristine and provided hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family.The location couldn’t be better- just a short walk to the beach and tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The decor was absolutely beautiful- thoughtfully designed with coastal charm and modern touches that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect family vacation

Loved the house. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The screened in porch is awesome!! The location is perfect. So close to the beach and easy to access. The pool and backyard is lovely. The proximity to the shops and restaurants on jungle road is great. Casual, friendly and good food options. We rented a golf cart for the week which was fun. The island is beautiful and we hope to go back.

Edisto in the snow!

This home was clean, charming, well-appointed. Not able to use the very nice porch and pool due to snow. The host was very attentive to the travel challenges in getting there, as well as our overall stay. Highly recommend host, house, and area.

Our family absolutely loved our time here. Although the weather wasn’t the best, we were able to catch some rays by the beautiful pool since it was protected from the wind. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located to shops, grocery store, and most importantly the beautiful beach and state park. Ralph was an excellent host with timely communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with pool!

It’s not often you find a beautifully appointed home that also has a private pool. The kitchen has everything for cooking your fresh catch or local shrimp you just brought home. We enjoyed h’ordouves and drinks on the screened in porch overlooking the pool after a day at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We brought our own linens and towels but next time we will check out the rental of them. There were only 3 of us so if we were a larger group that’s the way to go. The furniture and decor are well thought out and beautiful. I was sure it was the job of an interior designer had but found out Ralph’s wife has the eye for it. Made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere to recharge and relax. Ralph was responsive to all my questions and I had a few. Nice guy! We hope to return agin next fall.

Private Vacation!

Very nice, clean, and a short distance from the beach. But the best part is the pool! So convenient and relaxing!! The owners are extremely nice and easy to communicate with. This was my 2nd time staying at the house and I definitely plan to return!

The screened in porch and lovely pool were great. Good communication with owner. Providing our own linens was an inconvenience and not something we had anticipated when we booked the house although we were informed later and could make arrangements. Comfortable beds and nice floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning quiet and efficient during a hot week.

Spectacular House - it has it all!

This house is wonderful. We had a mixture of friends and adult children and the layout was perfect for everyone. You can walk (or cart) to the beach. Pool was afternoon/evening relaxation and a break from the sand and surf. Back screened in porch led to many nights of laughter, music and deer watching. We loved itso much we are rebooked for next year!!!

Another wonderful stay

This was our 5th year staying here and first year under new ownership. The house was very clean and we loved the upgrades that the new owners have done. Ralph was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we got in ok and that everything was the way it should be. A wonderful home super close to the beach. Look forward to staying here again. A great time was had with family and friends.
