Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved staying at the beach house. Enough space for everyone and right on the beach. My only issues were the floors in the kitchen were uneven and there were rust stains all over the house including all over the back door.

Weekend family getaway

We did a weekend getaway and I'm so glad that we chose Sunrise Sunset. The house was exactly as listed. The oceanviews were absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to when we can return.

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect weekend. The house was just what we were hoping for and more. The location was great, the weather was great, and the sunrises were breathtaking. We will definitely be back to stay in this sweet house next year.

Weekend at the beach!

This was a lovely location, a somewhat dated home but very cozy and personable. Unbeatable views, the beach is literally at your door. I would definitely seek out this location again and refer it to others! Really nice experience.

Beach vacation

The house was great, shabby chic beachy, great location! A bit disappointed in the management company, cleanliness was not up to the usual standards, amenities such as paper towels, kleenex , or any kitchen cleaner was sparse or non existent. I realize everyone is cost conscious these days and short handed but small gestures go a long way in customer satisfaction. There was also no answer after normal business hours

Great location, needs updating

We stayed in this home for a week. Great location on the beach with about 40 yds of beach during low tide and maybe 15 yards of beach at high tide. The home itself was built in 1970 and appears to be a rental only for quite some time now. Unfortunately it needs a lot updates and upgrades. The sinks and showers all backed up with water when in use. The kitchen sink had no garbage disposal and the fridge had no ice maker. The thermostat isn’t allowed to go below 72 degrees which in April with windows and doors open wasn’t bad. I couldn’t imagine staying there after April, too hot! Probably won’t repeat, but had a good time on the beach.

Beautiful oasis

Absolutely heavenly home with a perfect location. We spent so much time on the porch watching the waves and stars and walked so much on the beach. We left the bedroom windows cracked at night yo hear the waves then too. We will definitely return next year.

Fabulous first visit

Clean and comfy. Had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better. Relaxed low key vibe on the entire island. Could use a little TLC but no big issues. Dog friendly. Wonderful covered deck to watch the sunrise and the moon crest. See the dolphins from the deck. Already looking forward to next visit

Laid Back Family Vacation

This was our first time to Edisto Island but it will not be our last. It is a great place to vacation. There is not a lot to do other than enjoy the beach and the people you are with - but that is what we loved the most! This house was perfectly located and we loved the screened porch and the back deck overlooking the ocean. It definitely met our needs. We hope to stay there again.

Excellent Location and Pet Friendly!

Great location, dogs loved it and clean. The kitchen and bathroom need some repair and upgrades. Dining room furniture was very uncomfortable, but the living room and bedrooms were good. Loved Edisto and the location overall!!

Dirty but fun

Roaches in the kitchen. The property needs a good cleaning and a solid pest treatment. We had fun though...easy access to the beach.
