You have walking access down a ravine trail into Terwillegar Park (which also is home to one of the best off leash dog areas in the city). And the large expansive field beside our home is a city maintained sports field with soccer goal posts and a huge playground. In the winter, the park hills are a favourite for sledding, and enjoying the snow!

Welcome to our spacious and fully equipped home! As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a generously sized tiled entryway, perfect for storing your shoes, luggage, and coats in the closet.
Continuing through the main floor, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, range, built-in dishwasher. and built in microwave. We've provided all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen also features a small table for 4, ideal for kids, and a larger dining table around the corner that can seat up to 10 people.
The living room is next, featuring a large and comfortable sectional sofa and a 58" smart TV. You can log in to your streaming services with our unlimited high-speed internet, or watch local cable TV. A half bathroom and full-sized laundry machines complete the main floor.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a super comfy king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds. The primary suite has an attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo and a double sink vanity, while the other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom in the hallway, which has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity. To ensure your comfort, we have installed ceiling fans and provided portable fans throughout the house.
The basement level features a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a retro wet bar, and a family room area. You'll find a 55" smart TV down here, also connected to local cable, and a separate den that can be used for games, work, or studying. The basement also has the third full bathroom with a stand-up shower. For larger groups, we have two sleep chests in the basement, which convert into queen-sized beds, and a deluxe fold away cot .
To enjoy the outdoor space, step through the sliding doors off the kitchen and onto the patio. There, you'll find an outdoor dining set that can seat 6 people, along with a propane BBQ. The yard features some mature trees and a small grassy area, and a shared gate with the neighboring property can be left open or closed during your stay.
