Our stay was booked for 9 nights under my mom's name and we extended an extra night under my name for the same room. When we got into our room for night one (a King with a pullout) we called for sheets and a pillow for the pullout - after 3 hours waiting we found someone in the hall to get them but they would not give a pillow. We made the bed and just split pillows. We did not request room service everyday being there for work we only requested 2 cleanings. 1st cleaning we were given 1 towel and no refill on coffee/tea. 2nd cleaning still had no refills, and the beds were remade they did not change our bedding and skipped emptying the garbage. Which is disgusting. Using the pool they have notes saying towels are provided there. There were no towels, just an over filled laundry basket with dirty towels. After telling the front this, they were aware of the situation already and an hour later we had to leave dripping wet to walk on linoleum to our room (very unsafe). On the day for changing over to my name I shared my problems and received no apology for the issues instead was given excuses. I was offered to change rooms for the one night left, but with all we had it was not worth packing up to change for less than 24hours - this was only offered when I mentioned my work. Our room swapped unknowingly, so we were harassed for being in our room during a meeting and blamed for making it harder in name changes. The only reason I would go here again is for Pub76's staff/food.

Initially, we were told to wait as the room wasn’t ready even though we were there after check-in time. The manager approached after 15 minutes and asked why we were sitting there, apologized and gave us an upgrade to a business class suite. We were very happy with the Room. Clearly it wasn’t busy but we appreciated the gesture. The breakfast is excellent. Good choices and good strong coffee. I recommend.
