I had made a late booking, and was prepared to sleep in my car overnight for the following day reservation. The security guard and the concierge were able to find me a room and except me in at 5:00 am. I was very thankful for the kindness and hospitality.

The property is colorful. There were various selection for breakfast. The staff was helpful and the check-in and check-out process was smooth & fast. We enjoyed the stay. We love there is hot tub, sauna and pool. We love to go again!

Room was spacious , clean ,quiet and comfortable. Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. Cleaning staff acknowledged you when passing in hallway. Breakfast was very good however staff were not as attentive to refilling buffet as you had to wait for different items , making the experience less than timely. Parking lot and walkways were extremely icey and little cleaning was done over the 4 day stay. Hot tub jets were not working properly for a day and a half but still comfortable to just soak. Shortage of towels seemed to be a common occurrence so we improvised bringing room towels as needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a very good stay. The staff was flexible to meet our accommodation needs. Break fast was very good. We looked around the hotel, and our general feeling was that it is a very good hotel with 4 plus stars. However, with some extra investment in the property, mostly in replacing floor corridor carpets and installing bright lights will it will give the hotel 5-star status. With investment on a front lobby with some nice furniture and modern decor will make it more appealing and presentable to the customers. It will become more lively and welcoming. The property has so much indoor and outdoor space that could be used best for guests to make this place for families for vacation/leisure trips and individuals for business trips. I give this hotel 4 plus starts

We loved our stay here! Aumber (sorry if I spelled that wrong) checked me in and he was so friendly and made it incredibly easy. 5 stars to him and all the wonderful staff ☺️ We had an issue with the air conditioning and they made it so easy for us and switched us to a new room with no fuss. The food at the lounge was delicious and we thank you for making our anniversary getaway one to remember!

The first room assigned was dated and dirty I almost stepped on a needle with a white ball on the end I called the front desk immediately and they were apologetic and upgraded our room which was way better it was clean more updated there were water stains on the ceiling and a tiny beetle crawled on the curtain then on my bed but the staff took care of it and did offer us to change rooms but I declined it was such a long day of travelling we were too tired to move again. We had a good nights rest then off to the complimentary breakfast in the morning it was really clean and the food was ok
