Hotel is dated, old carpets leave an unpleasant musty smell everywhere including lobby. Balcony door didn’t feel secure/safe, curtains didn’t close so was awake with the sun and the shower had multiple dead bugs when we arrived so didn’t want to shower.

The property was good, the rooms were nice enough but the lampshade was broken in our room, and I would say the rooms are outdated, stained carpet etc.. And you can’t control the temperature. So it was at around 22-23 the whole time (way too warm for sleeping for us). Past that the staff was friendly.

The property is old and the room was filthy. There was ketchup and stains on the ceiling and carpet. The AC did not work. The staff was kind and accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while in town for a concert, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. First, check-in was frustrating and disorganized. We had booked two rooms well in advance, but when we arrived after the stated check-in time, only one room was ready. The second room wasn't available, and despite being on a tight schedule to leave for the concert, we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get access to our second room so we had somewhere to put our bags. The condition of the rooms themselves was also disappointing. One room had visible stains on the floor, and the bedding had cigarette burns and other stains, which made it feel far from clean or welcoming. There was also no mini fridge, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Not just the rooms but the entire hotel. The lobby, the seating areas, the rooms, elevators. It smells quite bad in the lobby and the hallways. The rooms have a musky smell as well. The room was dirty, so was the lobby and the rest of the hotel. The only thing clean in the room was the sheets. The AC does not work. The window didn’t even have a lock on it. There are also people wandering around at night high in drugs. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re desperate.
