It was our first time staying downtown we picked the hotel because of the jacuzzi tub and size as we have a small dog with us, rooms are not very sound proof, other guest on our floor were very loud.. the room we picked out the fire place didn’t work so we were moved down a floor to a bit smaller room it was an ok room our jacuzzi tub was very dirty tho we did wash it and then it was okay! Should maybe have security tho as we were exploring the hotel a few homeless were camped in the hall of the lobby and one yelled at us quite scary

I love this place because it lets you check in at 3 pm and check out at 12 pm. Had the pleasure of dealing with this kind Gentleman named TK, who was at the front desk. His customer service skills were amazing. Also let me tell you about the beds, pillows and sheets, they are above the rest. Holiday Inn doesn’t mess around when it comes to comfort and Luxury. Amazing! Best sleep hands down. Will definitely be coming back!!!!!
