Staff did not properly set up room key card. With only 1 elevator working had to lug luggage back downstairs to get it set up. Another guest I met in the elevator had the same issue. Poor service. Mediocre room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff, service and comfort. Our car broke down so extended our checkout time and let us use the parking for way longer than our stay. Super comfy to use. Had gym access also.

The wifi worked only sporadically, especially on my laptop. Also, restaurant was closed for renovations, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked it. That being said, good proximity to Whyte ave and downtown for not so high a price.

We stay here a couple times a year whenever we attend a concert at Midway Music Hall, as we love that it's within walking distance. That is definitely the number one draw for us! We have no complaints... everything is kind of average as far as hotels go. We typically don't choose this hotel when we come to the city for other reasons, but you can't beat the proximity to Midway.
