Love the room , not a lot of hot water snow was built up around the entrance door but that was mother nature not the operators

The room did feel sparse and neglected. The bed and bathroom were clean, but other areas in the room weren't great. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Staff was fine. Our biggest complaint was with the upkeep. Our room was on the second floor accessible by wooden outside stairs. It was snowy when we arrived and in the morning the steps were icy. Not shovelled and no salt was put on. It was very hazardous going up and down with luggage. If someone had fallen due to owners neglect, they cold be sued.

Very little to recommend! No bathmat, no glasses in the bathroom (or anywhere),no drainplug in sink, extremely uncomfortable chairs,no ice availble, I could go on but suffice to say I have paid less for a much better stay.
