Modern condo in scenic Egg Harbor! Heart of Door County!

This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. What else would you need? This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food, a cozy bar area and even karaoke on Saturday nights!

Landmark amenities- onsite restaurant and bar, 3 outdoor pools, hot tub/steam room in each building, breakfast area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffle board, walking paths. Our condo is adults only.

Mostly we were satisfied with our stay in this condo and resort. The weather was so nice and we were driving around the County so we were barley in our room. The outdoor pool has a great view but it closes for the season. Didn't use indoor pool. Communication with the host went well and was easy to get in touch with. Check in process had a small glitch but was fixed. It was pretty warm in the room upon arrival, took a bit to cool down. We had an issue with the dishwasher which the host will look into. We did not like the nightlight in the ceiling fan bedroom which seemed to remain on all night, but we also didn't ask the host how or if can turn it off so that's on us. Lots of channels on the TV. Overall this unit served our purpose and was in a nice setting and location with great views from the pool area.

The property itself is very beautiful. However, this unit is very dark n dated. Vinyl floor was horrible and our feet stuck to it which was quite gross. Atleast the bed was comfy!

Door county stay

I would highly recommend this place it it clean has all the animosities of home! Has plenty of pools and hot tubs and on sight restaurant. Check in and out process is very easy! Close to down town egg harbor.

The room was just perfect for two adults. The grounds surrounding our room were spectacular! The trails were clearly marked. The pools were clean and inviting. The view of the lake was breathtaking! I would definitely stay here again. This is a hidden gem off the beaten path of door county I didn’t know existed!

Our actual stay was very nice. The condo suited our needs well. Our condo was not ready at 4 pm. We got the text around 4:40 pm. When we asked the staff a 2nd question (Heather), she was rude and called me Hun. I didn't feel it was a term of endearment. She was annoyed I asked her the question. Other than that, our stay went well. The a/c works very well. The chair nearest the patio smells a little bit like cigarette. I'm also not sure if the ceiling light is supposed to glow in the dark, but it does.

Beautiful Spot

The Landmark is in a beautiful location with lots of trees, multiple pools and a breathtaking view of the water. The actual property is nice but really needs an upgrade in carpeting and bedroom is very small and cramped. Will stay here again but probably not in this unit

Great location and access to do everything in Egg Harbor! We loved that this unit is right near the back door & parking lot, easy in/out. Landmark is dated, but it has all amenities you will need. The pool & hot tub are very nice & spacious when you want to relax!

Amazing Room!

We had an incredible time in this space. We had a momentary issue at the beginning that was entirely my fault - I had misread the listing and thought there were two bedrooms. The hosts were very curteous about it and the room ended up working very well for us. The chairs are soooooooo comfy, the tv works great, and we loved sitting out on the deck. Thank you so much!!
