You live in our romantic, unique farmhouse with historical roots. Our farm was completely rebuilt just 7 km northwest of Lake Chiemsee, nestled in a fantastic lake landscape. Relax in one of the ten exclusive holiday apartments with real Chiemgau farmhouse parlors, historic tiled stoves, solid wooden ceilings, fairytale vaults and handcrafted furniture. Each of our dream apartments has two or three bedrooms with unusual, cozy sleeping worlds. In addition to the fairytale atmosphere, we offer state-of-the-art equipment in every apartment, such as a dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, telephone, satellite TV, DVD, CD + MP3 player, radio, fully automatic ventilation, whirlpool (jacuzzi) and other amenities. Breakfast service, equipment for small children, medieval vaulted cellar, sauna, table tennis, children's play area, adventure playground, lawn, washing machine, dryer. For those interested, there is also a stable with farm animals, the cattle and calves look forward to your visit. There are also rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and chickens for petting. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage des Urlaubsortes liegt ruhig und man kann viele Ziele in der Umgebung ansteuern.

Einfach schön und ruhig!

Es war eine tolle Woche im "Getreidekasten" auf dem wunderschönen Hagerhof! Alle waren glücklich... Die Kinder haben neben den Tieren vorallem die Fahrzeuge genossen. Aber auch die Spielhöhle im Wohnzimmer oder der Spielekeller bei schlechtem Wetter... einfach alles... das reinste Paradies für Kinder. Und für die Großeltern gab es schattige Plätzchen zum Verweilen und Beobachten. Ein i-Tüpfelchen war dann noch die selbergemachte Erdbeermarmelade. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich könnte weiter und weiter schwärmen... Danke für alles, wir kommen wieder!

Ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche über Oster in der Wohnung und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Trotz der offenen Gestaltung gibt es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und sehr breite und bequeme Betten.

Erhohlung pur

Der Kurzurlaub war genau das richtig für uns. Relaxen, Kettcar fahren in allen Variationen für Jung und Alt, Schlittenfahren um die Ecke und die Alpen ganz nahe. Den Rest haben wir mit Buchlesen in einer den Bilder absolut entsprechden gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Jederzeit wieder

Ein toller Urlaub

Ich kann allen Familien mit Kindern, diesen famlienfreundlichen 5 Sterne - Bauernhof nur empfehlen. Die Kids (unsere Zwillinge waren 3,5 Jahre) sind überall gern gesehen (Stall, Trecker etc.) und auch uns Erwachsene konnte die moderne geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung voll überzeugen. Die Wohnungen sind hell und freundlich gestaltet. Fast alles ist aus Holz und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, bzw. angefertigt. Wir haben uns 13 Tage lang wohl gefühlt und den Kindern hat es auch sichtlich gefallen. Sonst würden sie nicht 3 Wochen nach Urlaubsende immer noch von den Kühen, Hühner und Treckern reden. Großes Plus: Selbst bei Regenwetter bietet der Hof einen riesiegen modernen Spielkeller mit jeder Menge Unterhaltung. Allein in diesem Keller könnten unsere Töchter dank der vielen Spiel- und Verkleidungsmöglichkeiten 13 Tage Urlaub machen... Außerdem ist man mit dem Auto in 1 Stunde in München oder Salzburg, was auch nette Abwechslung bietet. Fazit: in einem Jahr zu Hause schaffe ich es nicht, so viele Bücher zu lesen wie in diesen 13 Tagen. Den "Muuuhs" "Wau-Waus" "Miaauuus" und "Kikerikies" sei Dank...

Wonderful surprise in a beautiful area !

My family (wife and i, and 2 sons aged 6 and 8) spent a few wonderful days in the Granary in April. It offers a great family holiday: the apartments are truly special - the attention to detail, and design show the owners' overall huge dedication to providing the best accommodation. As you will have read on the description, the apartments are on a working dairy farm. The owners/farmers are so friendly and it is so nice to see 3 generations all working tirelessly on the farm. Our kids loved seeing the cows, and being close to nature. But they equally loved playing on the go-karts and trampoline! Overall, we loved the holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Super Wohnung auf schönem Hof

Der Getreidekasten ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Babybetten waren vorhanden und dazu noch wunderschön. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gestaltet. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich die Kinderhöhle. Den Brötchenservice haben wir auch täglich genutzt und die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner. An Spielmöglichkeiten sind diverse Fahrzeuge, Sand, Trampolin und ein Spielkeller vorhanden. Dazu kommt natürlich der tägliche Besuch bei den Kühen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub mit diversen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Exceded expectations

A couple of summers ago, my wife and I stayed here with another couple and absolutely loved it. Wonderfully well designed with all modern conveniences without compromising the sense of antiquity. Obviously a professional adaptation. The surrounding area is beautiful. The view from the balcony off the back and walking the area were beautiful. Not a single disappointment. We plan to to return. Fresh eggs, milk and bread available each morning in a basket with you name on it. Without a doubt, the best part was meeting Grandma. We couldn't speak each other's language but thoroughly enjoyed our conversations anyway. BTW: Still a functioning farm. Tremendous experience for kids.
