This cozy 34 m² apartment in Einbeck accommodates up to 2 guests in a combined living and sleeping area with two 1-meter-wide box-spring beds. The private kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV, books, and board games provide entertainment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Two armchairs with footstools invite you to relax.



The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated late 19th-century building in a quiet, central location—perfect as a base for activities and excursions. Beds are freshly made, and each guest receives one bath towel and one hand towel. The kitchen includes daily essentials such as cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, dish towels, dishes, and glasses.



A shared parking space on the property is available during your stay. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. Events on the property are not permitted. A garden area with table and chairs is located above, behind the parking spaces. Here, you can sit privately and enjoy pleasant evenings in good weather. This garden area is for your exclusive use.



The hosts live on the property but not in the booked apartment. As there are three other rental units in the building with permanent residents, some noise in the stairwell may occur. The house rules can be found in the guest folder. A visit to the PS Speicher, a collection of automobiles from the early days to the present, is highly recommended.
