With a generous 110 m² of living space, including a loft bedroom, a private sauna and gym, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with an inviting wood-burning stove and pizza oven, this holiday home offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation.
The interior is characterised by its open and bright design. The large living room is the ideal place to relax and has a TV and a cosy wood-burning stove with pizza oven for sociable evenings. The adjoining, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the bathroom offers direct access to a private sauna - perfect for relaxing after an active day. A spacious sleeping area awaits you in the loft, equipped with a chest of drawers, bed drawers and a clothes rail for your comfort.
Outside, the house opens onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the lake, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for cosy al fresco dinners. The private bathing jetty directly on the lake with an additional sauna offers a unique opportunity to bathe in a private atmosphere and experience the natural beauty of Sweden up close. A private bathing area by the lake and the option of hiring a hot tub round off the offer for an unforgettable leisure experience.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: From fishing, cycling tours and ice skating to golfing - everyone will find their adventure here. The location of our farm Gård Solhag on Lake Grängen, nestled between Torsby and Ekshärad, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and a medical centre just 10 minutes away, is particularly attractive. Nearby excursions include various hiking trails, a moose park and a bathing beach, while a mini-golf course in the village of Ekshärad provides additional fun.
